Rezultat? Ultradijanski ritmovi sugeriraju da ljudski mozak mo\u017ee odr\u017eati visoku razinu fokusa maksimalno 90 do 120 minuta, nakon \u010dega slijedi nagli pad kognitivnih sposobnosti.
